" Lovely to deal with! "
As a tenant, Hazlett & Poole have been lovely to deal with. They have achieved a great balance between the “landlord/tenant relationship” that other real estate’s often struggle to perfect.
" Very professional! "
We are currently renting a house through Hazlett & Poole. Robyn has been very professional from the very start and has done everything asked of her with just the one phone call. If I were renting a house out, or wishing to rent, I would be most happy to do so through the team at Hazlett & Poole.
" Courteous "
SPM provide courteous, professional property management and tenant communication and services. I would recommend Kirsty Poole to any prospective owners or tenants.
" Always professional "
We found working with Robyn and Kirsty a pleasure and they acted professionally always. Always trying to accommodate our requests (the new tenant) but also looking after the landlord’s best interest by checking with the landlord that it was ok to make certain changes to the property.
" Incredibly efficient "
A Faultless service has been provided to date. Everything has been dealt with incredibly efficiently and without a hassle.
" Service from professionals "
If you choose Hazlett & Poole Real Estate you will receive service from professionals.
" Most helpful & professional "
I have found Kirsty to be the most helpful and professional agent I’ve dealt with in my years of renting. She does what she says she will every time and I am always kept informed of the progress and/or outcome.
" Excellent Real Estate! "
Robyn and the team at Hazlett & Poole run an excellent real estate business. I have really appreciated both the professional way this agency runs and the relational way things are approached. At this stage I have only been a rental tenant but if I am ever in the market to purchase a property I would certainly be back in contact with Hazlett & Poole and will highly recommend this agency to others. Thank You!
" Happy with the service! "
I just want to say a huge thank you for arranging for the few items in our townhouse to be fixed so quickly, and everything you have done and the ease in which it all happened. I have recommended Hazlett & Poole Real Estate to a few people as I have been happy with the service provided.
" Prompt & courteous "
From a tenant’s perspective, Hazlett & Poole deals with any requests or concerns in a prompt & courteous manner. They look after the owner’s interest by actively conducting regular inspections of the property. I am happy to recommend Hazlett & Poole’s services to prospective investors or tenants!
